The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciate that.
Honestly, the room smelled musty. I think the air conditioning was the culprit. The bathroom was far from excellent. It felt old and not thoroughly cleaned.

The location is near many metro stations.. Havre Caumartin is just 100 meters away. The staff, including Leticia, are polite. I received complimentary water in the hall. The room was warm and clean.
The bathroom looked a little old.

The room size was generous. It provided ample space. The air conditioning in our lovely room worked excellently. It provided real comfort from the outside heat. The staff were very friendly and provided good service.
I had to carry my luggage down five flights of stairs. The front desk offered little help with this issue. They just assured me that maintenance had been called. The WiFi signal was weak at times. The lobby was more simple than expected.
